Woodland Hills Drive Open To Traffic In Northeast Harris County

The Groves, a master-planned community in northeast Houston, along with Harris County Commissioners R. Jack Cagle (Precinct 4) and Jack Morman (Precinct 2) today celebrated the opening of Woodland Hills Drive with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The road opening is significant for northeast Houston residents as it will clear up congestion from W. Lake Houston Parkway and allow direct access to Beltway 8. The project, expected to be completed in April 2018, finished ahead of schedule and is now open for traffic.
