The Groves Welcomes Brad McFarland

Prior to his work with Ashlar, Brad McFarland worked as a Forward Planner and Land Development Manager for KB Home. He has participated in the acquisition and development of over 30 residential communities within the Houston area, primarily overseeing the land development process.

Brad graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. He is also an Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America.

In this role as Land Development Manager – Houston, Brad will manage all residential development operations for The Groves community in northeast Houston; as well as assist with acquisitions, commercial development management, land planning, amenity conceptualization, and HOA management.
