The Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) Houston’s Best PRISM Awards are an annual celebration of the city’s finest in residential homebuilding, designed to recognize excellence within Houston’s homebuilding industry and to support their efforts. The Groves received a Winner’s award for Master Planned Community Recreation Center of the Year (The Hearth Amenity Center). Finalist recognitions received by The Groves include Master Planned Community of the Year; Master Planned Community Amenity of the Year (Mini Groves); Sales Brochure of the Year; and Marketing Professional of the Year (Royce Brooks).

Mike Miller, Vice President-Houston, Ashlar Development and Royce Brooks, Senior Marketing Manager, Ashlar Development amongst other team members, virtually attended the ceremony to accept the awards on behalf of The Groves. The team at The Groves is proud to be recognized for the amazing work done within the community, allowing residents to get outside! The Groves looks forward to continuing the commitment of going beyond expectations and creating a place people love to call home for years to come.

The year’s PRISM award recipients were chosen by a panel of esteemed industry professionals from around the country. Judging criteria varied according to the category, but all category winners were required to be active members of the GHBA in good standing, and to have shown commitment and excellence to the homebuilding industry as a whole.

The Groves’ community also received a finalist recognition for Residential Development for the Houston Business Journal’s Landmark Awards. The Houston Business Journal’s Landmark Awards recognize real estate projects that make a significant impact on Houston and help sculpt the look, feel and image of the city.
