The Groves remained afloat during recent major flooding events, including Hurricane Harvey and Tropical Storm Imelda, thanks to the community’s engineering team, Brown and Gay Engineers, who always strive for the most optimal design for the sustainability of the community. The Groves was thoughtfully developed with the most rigorous standards so that it can withstand natural disasters through efforts such as designing Madera Creek, which runs throughout the community, to reduce flooding.

In recognition and support of the many local families recovering and seeking relocation following Imelda, The Groves is now offering $1,500 closing cost assistance on new contracts throughout December 31, 2019 (capped at the first 30 contracts) for new homebuyers.
