The Groves is thanking our best-selling Realtors® of the year with $5,000 in grand prizes to spend on whatever they like. In addition to this grand prizes, the top Realtors® of each calendar quarter will be gifted with a $200 gift card.

You Sell, You Score! This year, The Groves is rewarding the hard work of our Realtors® with the most exciting prizes yet. Year-Round Winnings: Each calendar quarter, the top 2 individual agents and the top agent team representing homebuyers in The Groves will receive a $200 VISA® gift card. Grand Prizes: For January – December 2020, the top 2 individual agents and the top agent team representing homebuyers in The Groves will be awarded a check for $5,000. If there are multiple Realtors® or multiple teams tied with the same number of home sales, then the winner will be the tied Realtor® or team who represented the homebuyers of the homes with the greatest sum of the combined home sales prices. Only individual agent sales will be considered when awarding the 2 individual prizes; group/team sales under multiple agents’ names are eligible for team prizes only.
Only 1 team prize in each category (Year-Round and Grand Prize) will be awarded and must be shared among the winning team. For full terms and conditions, please visit www.thegrovestx.com/realtor. LH Groves LLC (“Developer”) reserves the right to modify or terminate offers at any time. Home sales occurring prior to January 1, 2020 and after December 31, 2020 will not count towards an agent’s total number of home sales. Not valid with any other incentives offered by Developer.
